Nuclear Energy acceptance
The big breakthrough for Australia to have nuclear power stations to provide its electricity comes as a result of deciding to subscribe to AUKUS which will have dozens of Australians living in close quarters to nuclear reactors for months at a time. How can that be bad for humans if it is endorsed by the Government hence having nuclear reactors located around the country to provide electricity to the grid must be acceptable.
Albanese has proclaimed that cost is the big deterrent but if his figures were looked at they would no doubt be based on nuclear reactors built in the USA where such activity is the province of private enterprise with a multitude of companies engaged in the activity.
A more sensible and cheaper option is to have all of the nuclear power stations the responsibility of just one entity as happens in France and South Korea.
When I was in South Korea twenty years ago 29% of their electricity production capability was from nuclear reactors and it constituted 50% of their supply because hydro and coal were part of the mix.
Building costs are cheaper in both countries with South Korea actually having had a decrease over recent years and would be the proposed builder of Australia’s reactors.
Under no circumstances can an Australian company be given responsibility for the construction because none has experience in this field which is why the proposal to have South Australia building nuclear submarines such a nonsense.
While the building will be done by the South Koreans with suitably qualified Australian workers participating the overall supervision of our nuclear energy supply must be the province of just one body.
This will be the Australian Nuclear Energy Authority (ANEA).
What is ANEA
We need to send a message to the Energy ministers in each State in Australia.
Australia needs the Australian Nuclear Energy Authority (ANEA) which will be independent of the States and responsible for building and maintaining electricity supply from nuclear power stations in Australia.
ANEA must be proclaimed as soon as possible with support from all Australians.
Because Australia has no nuclear energy industry it will rely on the experience of another country to build the necessary nuclear power stations.
South Korea should be used to build Australia’s nuclear power stations.
It must be ensured that ANEA will not be disempowered by any individual or group in Australia so that the time to build each power station will be five years at most.
Power stations will be built in locations which are suitable to use the existing transmission lines. Obviously this will be near or at the site of existing coal fired power stations.
Some obvious questions.
Why does it need to be independent of the States?
The USA has its nuclear industry run by many different companies with resultant high costs which are no doubt those used by Albanese to assess the cost of nuclear power. France and South Korea have their nuclear power stations run by a single authority with resultant lower costs.
Can the energy ministers meet?
They can meet online and do not need to do so in person.
Can lawyers slow the building?
The ANEA must be non justiciable because the activities of ANEA must be conducted without interruption from the courts. Australia has been the victim of lawyers and the courts with many issues and cannot have the actions of ANEA affected by them on this issue particularly if the energy from it is going to be sufficient by 2030.

I just watched you on Sky News Australia and you need to do some reading on nuclear energy. New technology is expensive. It may do the job you want or it may not but it is much more expensive than facilities that are in place, do the job you want, and are much cheaper.
Australia has no one you can rely on to build your nuclear reactors which is why I am supporting the use of South Korean expertise. I was there for four years and went over the nuclear site on the west coast while there. You should take a visit and talk to them about fixing our energy problem.
I am assuming the APR1400 are what Bridget McKenzie is referring to when she talks about nuclear reactors in the UAE that were built by South Korea.
When you take over running the country you need to set up ANEA and order two dozen APR1400s.

CSIRO should know all this. I spent some time trying to get the chap from the CSIRO who was good enough to answer my email to consider the necessary cost of recycling the solar panels and wind turbines as part of the cost but he professed to not understand.

Back in 2009, South Korea had secured a nuclear reactor order from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for $18.6 billion, under which it agreed to build four nuclear power plants based on the South Korean model. It cost 4 trillion to 5 trillion won ($3.2 billion-$4 billion) per plant, only half the price proposed by France’s Areva S.A.
The Barakah nuclear power plant is also the first nuclear power station in the Arabian Peninsula. It is composed of four APR1400 nuclear energy reactors with an electric output of 1400 MW each. The construction of three of them has been completed.

Freedom is outdated
Society cannot afford freedom as we currently describe it because we have individuals and nations capable of eliminating all life on Earth or those members of it that they want to eradicate.
The Covid 19 crisis was placed at the door of both the Chinese and the Americans as being responsible for inflicting it on mankind because both are capable of producing such a potent weapon and have the desire to inflict it on the other.
With the increasing ability of robotics to be used to produce such weapons but also others just as potent we need to know what is going on in the world.
Constant surveillance of the necessary ingredients of any potential threat to us all will be necessary and with it the capability to detect the users of the resources and determine if the use was friendly to the rest of us or not. If a threat was determined we must have the capability to neutralise it and to this end a World Government is needed and all humans microchipped so we know where they are at any time. Not having these abilities does not bode well for the future as past history shows there are always nutters who want to do others in.
Robots are good and potentially bad
Because robots will eventually be doing all the work it means that they will be capable of constructing anything at all including an army of robots and the weapons the army needs. We can all visualise the type of individual or country from the world’s history that would find it worthwhile to set a robot army in motion and hence the need to know what is happening in the world so that we can foil such a plot. This is where keeping track of the resources necessary for large scale robot construction and weapons is necessary and by having all humans microchipped we will be able to associate destination of such resources and the humans involved and have our robocops apprehend them. Constant surveillance will be necessary because with robots manufacturing robots the increase in numbers will be exponential.
Apart from firearms the weapons could include biological and chemical agents and satellites beaming death rays from space.
Because all transport will be by robot controlled vehicles rapid detection of any interference with the programming of such robots and its immediate nullification will be necessary.
Punishment must suit crime
Attempting to eradicate life on Earth must result in a suitable punishment which is where a well promoted episode of Arena action will demonstrate to potential wrongdoers the extremely painful way Big Pig and his mates munch their way through all of a baddies body.
Julius Maxwell enables these changes in a few hundred years but society would be well advised to do so much sooner. Promoting The Family of All Life Alliance to run Australia and then the world would be a sensible idea.
