The Australian Nuclear Energy Authority (ANEA)
Australia needs the Australian Nuclear Energy Authority (ANEA) which will be independent of the States and responsible for building and maintaining electricity supply from nuclear power stations in Australia.
Nuclear Energy acceptance
The big breakthrough for Australia to have nuclear power stations to provide its electricity comes as a result of deciding to subscribe to AUKUS which will have dozens of Australians living in close quarters to nuclear reactors for months at a time. How can that be bad for humans if it is endorsed by the Government hence having nuclear reactors located around the country to provide electricity to the grid must be acceptable.
Albanese has proclaimed that cost is the big deterrent but if his figures were looked at they would no doubt be based on nuclear reactors built in the USA where such activity is the province of private enterprise with a multitude of companies engaged in the activity.
A more sensible and cheaper option is to have all of the nuclear power stations the responsibility of just one entity as happens in France and South Korea.
When I was in South Korea twenty years ago 29% of their electricity production capability was from nuclear reactors and it constituted 50% of their supply because hydro and coal were part of the mix.
Building costs are cheaper in both countries with South Korea actually having had a decrease over recent years and would be the proposed builder of Australia’s reactors.
Under no circumstances can an Australian company be given responsibility for the construction because none has experience in this field which is why the proposal to have South Australia building nuclear submarines such a nonsense.
While the building will be done by the South Koreans with suitably qualified Australian workers participating the overall supervision of our nuclear energy supply must be the province of just one body.
This will be the Australian Nuclear Energy Authority (ANEA).
What is ANEA
We need to send a message to the Energy ministers in each State in Australia.
Australia needs the Australian Nuclear Energy Authority (ANEA) which will be independent of the States and responsible for building and maintaining electricity supply from nuclear power stations in Australia.
ANEA must be proclaimed as soon as possible with support from all Australians.
Because Australia has no nuclear energy industry it will rely on the experience of another country to build the necessary nuclear power stations.
South Korea should be used to build Australia’s nuclear power stations.
It must be ensured that ANEA will not be disempowered by any individual or group in Australia so that the time to build each power station will be five years at most.
Power stations will be built in locations which are suitable to use the existing transmission lines. Obviously this will be near or at the site of existing coal fired power stations.
Some obvious questions.
Why does it need to be independent of the States?
The USA has its nuclear industry run by many different companies with resultant high costs which are no doubt those used by Albanese to assess the cost of nuclear power. France and South Korea have their nuclear power stations run by a single authority with resultant lower costs.
Can the energy ministers meet?
They can meet online and do not need to do so in person.
Can lawyers slow the building?
The ANEA must be non justiciable because the activities of ANEA must be conducted without interruption from the courts. Australia has been the victim of lawyers and the courts with many issues and cannot have the actions of ANEA affected by them on this issue particularly if the energy from it is going to be sufficient by 2030.

How much will the APR1400 cost?
Shin Hanul 3&4 are APR1400. The total construction cost is KRW11,680bn ($9.2bn) (AU13.6 billion) and the project is scheduled to run until October 2033.16 June 2023

Hence two dozen will cost AU163 billion over ten years hence AU16 billion a year.
These will supply all our electricity needs and last 60 years.
But by 2033 we would not need to worry when the sun did not shine or the wind blow but even more importantly what we were going to do with mountains of stuff going to landfill or losing all our arable land.

Nuclear energy on Sky News Australia
Hello Minister,
I just watched you on Sky News Australia and you need to do some reading on nuclear energy. New technology is expensive. It may do the job you want or it may not but it is much more expensive than facilities that are in place, do the job you want, and are much cheaper.
Australia has no one you can rely on to build your nuclear reactors which is why I am supporting the use of South Korean expertise. I was there for four years and went over the nuclear site on the west coast while there. You should take a visit and talk to them about fixing our energy problem.
I am assuming the APR1400 are what Bridget McKenzie is referring to when she talks about nuclear reactors in the UAE that were built by South Korea.
When you take over running the country you need to set up ANEA and order two dozen APR1400s.
And now
Australia needs to order two dozen of these.

If you think that is a lot remember it is less than half the amount used each year to try to get Aboriginal people to improve.
They could be built quicker but cost may increase.
These will supply all our electricity needs and last 60 years.
CSIRO should know all this. I spent some time trying to get the chap from the CSIRO who was good enough to answer my email to consider the necessary cost of recycling the solar panels and wind turbines as part of the cost but he professed to not understand.
But by 2033 we would not need to worry when the sun did not shine or the wind blow but even more importantly what we were going to do with mountains of stuff going to landfill or losing all our arable land.

South Korea to build ANEA power stations

https://www.vox.com/2016/2/29/11132930/nuclear-power-costs-us-france-korea
S.Korea to bid for Saudi Arabia's $10 bn nuclear plant order
Back in 2009, South Korea had secured a nuclear reactor order from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for $18.6 billion, under which it agreed to build four nuclear power plants based on the South Korean model. It cost 4 trillion to 5 trillion won ($3.2 billion-$4 billion) per plant, only half the price proposed by France’s Areva S.A.
The Barakah nuclear power plant is also the first nuclear power station in the Arabian Peninsula. It is composed of four APR1400 nuclear energy reactors with an electric output of 1400 MW each. The construction of three of them has been completed.
If the country clinches the order, South Korea will likely position itself as a leading exporter in the growing nuclear reactor market, ahead of high-cost France and Russia engaging in war with Ukraine.

Comparing energy costs reveals that nuclear power significantly undercuts other sources. One kilowatt hour (kWh) of nuclear power costs an average of $0.05 (61.5 won), while coal, solar and natural gas are priced at $0.07 (96 won), $0.11 (149.9 won) and $0.13 (170 won) per kWh, respectively. An amplified supply of this affordable energy could catalyze profound economic shifts in Korea.
Expanding inexpensive nuclear energy could substantially reduce expenses for consumers and businesses. For instance, electricity derived from nuclear power, when juxtaposed against gas, might offer savings of up to 60%. These reduced electricity rates gain even more significance against a backdrop of mounting inflation and escalating interest rates, which compound financial strains.

Freedom is outdated
Society cannot afford freedom as we currently describe it because we have individuals and nations capable of eliminating all life on Earth or those members of it that they want to eradicate.
The Covid 19 crisis was placed at the door of both the Chinese and the Americans as being responsible for inflicting it on mankind because both are capable of producing such a potent weapon and have the desire to inflict it on the other.
With the increasing ability of robotics to be used to produce such weapons but also others just as potent we need to know what is going on in the world.
Constant surveillance of the necessary ingredients of any potential threat to us all will be necessary and with it the capability to detect the users of the resources and determine if the use was friendly to the rest of us or not. If a threat was determined we must have the capability to neutralise it and to this end a World Government is needed and all humans microchipped so we know where they are at any time. Not having these abilities does not bode well for the future as past history shows there are always nutters who want to do others in.
Robots are good and potentially bad
Because robots will eventually be doing all the work it means that they will be capable of constructing anything at all including an army of robots and the weapons the army needs. We can all visualise the type of individual or country from the world’s history that would find it worthwhile to set a robot army in motion and hence the need to know what is happening in the world so that we can foil such a plot. This is where keeping track of the resources necessary for large scale robot construction and weapons is necessary and by having all humans microchipped we will be able to associate destination of such resources and the humans involved and have our robocops apprehend them. Constant surveillance will be necessary because with robots manufacturing robots the increase in numbers will be exponential.
Apart from firearms the weapons could include biological and chemical agents and satellites beaming death rays from space.
Because all transport will be by robot controlled vehicles rapid detection of any interference with the programming of such robots and its immediate nullification will be necessary.
Punishment must suit crime
Attempting to eradicate life on Earth must result in a suitable punishment which is where a well promoted episode of Arena action will demonstrate to potential wrongdoers the extremely painful way Big Pig and his mates munch their way through all of a baddies body.
Julius Maxwell enables these changes in a few hundred years but society would be well advised to do so much sooner. Promoting The Family of All Life Alliance to run Australia and then the world would be a sensible idea.
Australia needs politicians who are more capable
The Australian Republic flag 2023
Australia as a republic means the current flag with its reminder of its origins needs replacing.
The Family of All Life Alliance proposes a new flag for all Australian people.
It will be the only flag flown in Australia. Australia cannot continue to have racist flags flown which do not represent the values of Australian society.
Solar panels
Solar panels at the end of their ten to twenty five year life will all be going to landfill. Instead they will all need to be recycled. Humans are here for the rest of the Earth’s life. That is for millions and millions of years. Current disposable of waste methods means there will be continents of landfill. Nothing should go to landfill. Humans have to make all products recyclable.
Submarines
A comment about submarines cost.
Submarines cost too much.
Online I read in 2017 that the USA was building ten new nuclear submarines for less than eighteen billion American dollars.
That made our need for a dozen submarines capable of being bought for about twenty eight billion Australian dollars.
The obvious question is how does Albanese spend over three hundred billion dollars on fewer submarines in 2023.
The items I read are still available as is a more current article.
Google “US Navy Orders 10 Virginia-class Submarines at a Record Cost of $17.6 Billion. The deal ensures a continued global role for the U.S. Navy's silent service.”
And a comment about a better use for the money.
Social Housing, not Submarines
Albanese is spending $350 billion on submarines that will be out dated by the time we get them.
Robot submarines do not need facilities for humans and can consequently be smaller and cheaper.
They would also be less detectable.
But the most obvious question is “ Will we ever go to war?”
If we assume we will not what number of homes will $350 billion buy?
At about half a million per dwelling it is 700,000 homes.
We need social housing.
We need it more than submarines.
All about gas.
Our Government says Australia has to abide by gas contracts, despite a major customer, China, getting the gas cheaper than Australians and in the recent past placing large tariffs on a number of our exports because they were upset with our politicians.
Most of this gas benefits overseas businesses and the tax on it that benefits Australians is minimal.
Things need to change.
Google produced the following reads.

Shock report reveals 95.7 per cent of Australia’s gas profits are going to foreign owners
13/06/2022
Australians are preparing to be hit with “apocalyptic” gas prices, with majority of the profits headed overseas.
THE REPORT PRINTED IN FULL HERE.
While most Australians are preparing to be hit with skyrocketing gas prices, a shocking report has revealed most of the profits will be going to foreign owners.
Researchers have conducted a deep-dive analysis of companies on the Australian Stock Exchange and found 95.7 per cent are foreign owned.
With 80 per cent of Australia’s gas being exported out of the country, households and businesses are experiencing price shock with “apocalyptic” rises in energy prices nationwide.
The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) has been forced to step in and cap gas prices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to $40 per gigajoule, but it is still five times higher than last year’s prices.
However, the frustrations won’t stop there with the bombshell revelation in the The Australia Institute’s report that most of the jacked up prices will be flowing overseas.
“Our research reveals the companies making super profits from shock gas prices are 95.7 per cent foreign owned,” report author and Senior Research Fellow at the Australia Institute, David Richardson, said.
This means Australian equity is just 4.3 per cent.
While households are “paying a fortune” to compete with the gas export industry, Mr Richardson says it is being run by foreign-owned companies who “pay little or no tax”.
“Australians are entitled to ask how this industry is serving the national interest,” Mr Richardson said.
“It’s time for the Government to consider a windfall profits tax to ensure Australians get a fair share of our natural resources and this $62.5b industry.”
Meanwhile, the report also found that major Australian companies which have statutory limits on the permissible level of foreign ownership are exceeding them.
While Telstra has a limit of 35 per cent, the research suggests the telecom company is 51 per cent foreign owned.
Mr Richardson said his data found Qantas was also “well in excess” and is currently 62 per cent foreign owned, when it should be 49 per cent.
“It is alarming that Australia’s national telco and airline have both exceeded statutory limits for foreign ownership,” he said.
Overall, Mr Richardson says there is “further work” to be done by the government to “examine the extent of foreign ownership” in Australia.
Superannuation and TFOALA
Having 179 businesses offering various superannuation packages with their success being reviewed annually leads to inappropriate investments in short term promotions whereas what should be happening with the trillions of dollars is investment in Australian infrastructure which is going to increase in value and support the development of the country such as social housing which is one such avenue for them to help the country and building nuclear power stations because renewables are not going to succeed in giving us the energy we need.
The other aspect of the current system that is amazingly inefficient is having a huge number of businesses supplying it to the nation and consequently requiring a huge number of management fees being taken from the contributions.
There should only be one entity.
It should be independent of the current Government and consequently not able to be ravaged for its short term promotions.
