Yarloop was destroyed by fire in early January, 2016.
I lived there from 1950 to 1967 and took 35mm photos from 1961 to 1967.
Yarloop owed its existence to being a timber mill town.
The Mill closed years ago but was operating while I lived there.
These photos were taken in the early 1960s.
